Christine Longo, MSN, FNP-BC, has lived in the Central Florida area for over 29 years. She is committed to the noble cause of enhancing patient care within the community. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Following her graduation with an ASN from Seminole State College, she started her career as a registered nurse, specializing in the field of dialysis. Her responsibilities extended beyond clinical care, encompassing the vital task of instructing and case-managing patients to enable them to manage their dialysis treatments from the comfort of their homes, thus empowering patients to take charge of their health. Prior to embarking on her Master’s degree journey, Christine devoted a decade of her career to specializing in dialysis, equipping her with extensive knowledge of the unique requirements and challenges faced by patients in this critical field of healthcare.

She attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of South Florida, reflecting her commitment to both her profession and her patients. Committed to her pursuit of higher education, she pursued a Master’s degree (MSN) with honors at Florida Southern College. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

After receiving her Master’s degree, Christine’s passion for dermatology became evident. She seized an opportunity to train and practice under a board-certified dermatologist where she gained clinical dermatological experience. Her passion for educating patients about skin cancer prevention and commitment to evidence-based practice education remains unwavering.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and is an enthusiast of long bike rides, going on hikes, and cherishes quality moments with her family. She’s also known for her passion for wellness, often exploring boutique spas.

Christine Longo lives by the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would like done unto you.” This principle is at the heart of her patient care philosophy. She firmly believes that listening to patients’ concerns is vital in building trust and rapport. Together, in a collaborative team approach, she empowers her patients to take ownership of their health and wellness journey.
